Increase RAM using Pendrive/flash

You can increase your’s system RAM using pen drive or USB.To boost your system’processor work fastlly follow the given below steps.

1).

First of all,close all programs which are running on your system.

2).

Insert a pen drive /USB of 4-8 Gb in system’port and make sure that it is empty.IF not then format it. 

3).

Rename your pen drive as named “RAM DRIVE”. 

4).

On desktop, right click on “MY COMPUTER” and go to properties. 

5).

A new window will appear. Click on “Advance System settings”.




6).

Now, in ‘Advanced System Settings’ in ‘Advanced’ tab go to ‘Setting’ below‘Performance Setting’. 

7).

In ‘Settings’ again click on ‘Change’ button under ‘Advance’ option. 

8).

when you click on ‘change’ a window of ‘Virtual Memory’ will prompt, where you need to un check the ‘checked button’ in front of ‘Automatically Mange the size of paging file’ and Click on Radio button in front of ‘Custom’. 

9).

Enter the following information.
• Initial size in MB but greater than 15 MB
• Maximum size in MB but less than 2685 MB
Click on ‘OK’ button. 

10).

After restarting your window, now you can experience relatively fast processing than before. 

Note : Don’t remove your pen drive from USB port while the system is running on virtual memory of pen drive, otherwise the system will crash. If you want to remove your pen drive then you must Shutdown the computer and remove the pen drive or rollback the above setting then remove your pen drive.
