Walking can be Defined as "most basic form of Transportation". We use this transportation(Walking) in our daily life. Walking can give us surprising benefits, There is a Proverb about walking that advise us to walk almost 10,000 step a day.

You should use a Pedometer (a device) that measures how many steps you take over a given period of time. Initially , you will get it hard to walk 10,000 steps. But after some days you will get it ease to walk more then 10,000 steps.

Walking does have a surprising amount of benefits that we can gain by simply talking time out of our day to put one foot in front of the other. It does not have to be for an hour, Something as simple as 30 minutes a day can help.

It is recommend that adults up to age of 65 should do 150 minutes ( 2 hours 30 mniutes ) of exercise per week or 75 minutes (1 hour 15 minutes) of intense exercise per week. A leisurely walk is not strenuous so will needed to be done for 150 minutes per week if it is the only form of exercise you do.

It does not take much to pick yourself up and go for a walk, and you do not have to go anywhere particularly out the way. The most relaxing time to walk is the early morning. Early as in 06:00 which to many of you may seem crazy but actually once you try it, It is really such a nice part of the day.
