Mouse is a hardware device also known as pointing device.It is basic part of computer  among all of its hardware devices.Mouse is used to to select objects and  used in graphical user interface.Some time mouse does not work properly.Its cursor make confused movements and sometime click on those icon which you do not click at all.All the data sent to computer by mouse,  saves in special buffer by window. By default, there is saved only 100 units in this buffer to save data, if there is more data then an overflow occurs. If this buffer is not large enough for your mouse and overflow occurs, mouse becomes "crazy". To remove this problem, do following:

1).
Go to  start menu-->>settings-->>control panel-->>Apperance and personalization-->>hardware and soundà>devices and printerà>mouse.
2).
After selecting mouse a dialog box will appear.Go to properties.
3).
Go to advance properties.
4).
Increase “input buffer lenght” to highest number.
5).
Click "ok".
6).
Now your mouse will work properly.
